Senior Architect

Job Title: Senior Architect
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Location: Manchester

We're looking to speak with Manchester-based Architects interested in being considered for a role with our client who are one of the leading names in the Architecture market in the North West.

This role would best suit an experienced Architect, ideally with good knowledge and experience in the industrial sector and/or residential recladding works.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, coordinating design and managing client/contractor communications
• Create documentation for all project phases including feasibility studies, planning applications, and construction specs
• Demonstrate proficiency in Revit and BIM principles
• Apply thorough knowledge of UK planning processes and Building Regulations
• Understand and execute Designer/Principal Designer responsibilities under current CDM regulations
• Direct and mentor team members, providing clear briefs and quality control
• Lead design meetings and provide technical expertise to resolve issues
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction quality and compliance
