Our Story
Mark, Matthew and Richard bought Calibre back in 2009. They'd been working for the business for several years and decided to make it their own. Having known each other for many a year, they saw the value in long-standing relationships and put that at the heart of their strategy. An old friend from long ago, Simon, then joined in 2011 and Pete, an old friend of Matthew's, opened the Manchester office in 2013. Recently, Rob Jones has been promoted to Associate Director and is in charge of the general running of the Manchester office.
Since then, we have over 30 members of staff who are highly qualified to help you find the right job. With our consistent growth and push to become the most reliable recruitment agency in Leeds and Manchester, we have tested and found the best method to help candidates find the right role for them. We work with HVACR, Built Environment and IT specialists to ensure they are finding the next step in their careers.
