The Directors have overall responsibility for the implementation of this policy with delegated responsibility to line managers and employees.

This policy is available to interested parties via our website www.calibresearch.co.uk This policy is reviewed annually for continuing suitability during formal management reviews.

Full facilities are afforded to customer’s representatives and approving organisations in carrying out any assessment of the quality management system operation.
