Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Location: Manchester
We're looking to speak with Manchester-based Senior Architectural Technologists interested in being considered for a role with our client who are one of the leading names in the Architecture market in the North West.
This role would best suit an experienced Architectural Technologist, ideally with good knowledge and experience in the industrial sector and/or residential recladding works.
Role Responsibilities:- Spearheading design coordination while maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors and design team members
- Utilizing Revit proficiently with strong BIM knowledge
- Developing comprehensive documentation for all project phases including planning applications, tenders, building regulations and construction information
- Applying in-depth knowledge of UK planning processes, building regulations and relevant legislation
- Implementing Designer's and Principal Designer's responsibilities under current CDM and Building Regulations
- Leading and actively participating in design team meetings
- Overseeing team members' work through clear task delegation and quality assurance
- Providing expert technical guidance and resolving site queries
- Conducting site visits to evaluate construction quality and statutory compliance
