You won't be working on skyscrapers or master planning projects, but a variety of projects of different sizes from a boiler room refurbishment to a multi storey residential development will keep you busy. It also means you will work on different projects week in, week out.

With car parking on site and a very competitive salary on offer, you will need to be able to undertake the fundamentals of an Electrical Building Services Engineering role without much supervision. You won't need to win any new business as they have plenty of work from their existing clients, but you will need to nurture those client relationships and be able to ask if there is anything else that the client needs looking at.
