Job Title: Planning Director (Chartered Town Planner)
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

A leading independent planning consultancy is seeking an experienced Town Planner to join our client as a Planning Director. This role will see you lead their Sheffield office, which serves Yorkshire, the Humber, and the wider north of England.

The successful candidate will:

• Manage and grow the established planning team
• Provide leadership and mentoring as the team expands
• Develop the client base, including overseeing existing clients and securing new opportunities
• Manage workloads, budgets, and income projections for the office
• Contribute to the company's overall business and development strategy

Qualifications:

• Qualified town planner with at least 10 years' experience, ideally in the private sector
• Postgraduate planning qualification and RTPI chartered member
