Intermediate OR Senior Architectural Technologist

Job Title: Architectural Technologist
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Location: Liverpool

We are working with a RIBA Chartered Architectural practice based in Liverpool, who are currently looking for an Architectural Technologist to join the team to help deliver work in the residential sector in what is proving to be an exceptionally busy period of growth for the company.

Our client predominantly specialises in residential projects, and have build a strong reputation across the North West for delivering a wide variety of schemes within the sector. This includes being involved in masterplanning, multi-unit developments for regional developers, one off high end bespoke, social housing and work in the care sector.

Role Requirements:

• Ideally a minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience
• Proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD software
• Ideally experienced within the residential sector (mix of low rise, high rise, care homes and mixed use)
• Familiarity with traditional and modern methods of construction including timber, steel and concrete frame
• Project management experience
