Matthew is a Director of Calibre Search and, after launching his career in sales, has worked in the recruitment industry since 2005. He delivers leadership to the Facilities Management division and is responsible for candidate acquisition and marketing automation. When he’s not at work he likes to spend some time cooking, more time eating and, injury-permitting, trying to keep fit.
