BIM Manager

A BIM Manager is being sought by this building services (M&E) Design Consultancy with two offices, one is on the outskirts of Leeds and the other south of Manchester.

They are looking for a BIM Manager who has a M&E background, is comfortable with managing a team of five across the locations and keen to lead the practices BIM development.

They undertake projects in a range of schemes including commercial/offices, healthcare, residential, industrial, education, and transport. The best bit is that they work directly for end user clients and contractors so you'll be dealing with projects at all stages of their life cycle and their BIM journey.

You could be working as a M&E Revit Coordinator currently and looking for the step up, or presently working as a BIM Manager within a M&E Consultancy/Contractor and excited by the opportunity to really drive change.

Either way, it is crucial that you are based within a sensible commute of Leeds, have a building services focused Revit background and a thorough understanding of BIM to be considered for the role.
