Senior Quantity Surveyor

Fantastic role available for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a global branded real estate property consultancy based in Liverpool offering the chance influence sustained growth on prestigious high rise developments across the UK.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be working closely with the consulting Directors, leading huge projects across a mixture of impressive high rise apartment blocks and industrial and commercial units across the UK.
You will act as the Senior Quantity Surveyor on these projects seeing them through from design all the way through to completion. Ideally, you will either be qualified as Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager with several years under your belt and confident in leading important meetings, handling contractors whilst dealing, retaining and building clients.

Coming in as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, this would offer you a clear pathway for you to aim towards Associate Director level and beyond within the foreseeable future. Senior Quantity Surveyor Duties/Requirements:

• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and cohesively as part of a team
• The ability to deal/face Clients of all levels and general BD knowledge
• Ability and desire to manage and mentor (when applicable) to the junior staff members.
• Professional presentation, attention to detail and flexibility within all work matters.
• Offering Pre & Post Contract services - Final Accounts/BOQ's/measurements etc
• Project Management/Employer Agent Services/ on-site travel & inspections.
• MRICS Qualified (not essential) but ideally working/wanting to gain Chartership.
• Commercially minded
• Previous experience working within a construction consultancy environment would be necessary due to nature of work at hand
