Are you an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Service Manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Service Branch Manager with a strong background in industrial refrigeration to oversee branch operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure the highest level of service delivery. This role is based in Kent and offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a team within a specialist industry.

About the Role:
As an Industrial Refrigeration Service Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of branch operations, ensuring exceptional service standards while maintaining full P&L accountability. You will play a key role in delivering industrial refrigeration service solutions, working closely with senior management to implement strategies that enhance productivity, efficiency, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team delivering industrial refrigeration service solutions, including field service, maintenance, and spare parts sales.
- Oversee branch operations, including customer service, sales, and HR functions.
- Develop and implement business strategies, forecasts, and financial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and corporate policies.
- Drive operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain branch facilities to support the industrial refrigeration service business.
Financial & Operational Oversight:- Track and achieve financial targets, including revenue, margins, and EBIT.
- Manage budgets for industrial refrigeration service operations and overheads.
- Oversee procurement, invoicing, and payments.
- Maintain accurate records for WIP and ERP system requirements.
Communication & Relationship Management:- Engage with customers, service providers, and industry stakeholders in the industrial refrigeration sector.
- Address customer and employee concerns promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Share insights on best practices, market trends, and business opportunities with other branches and senior management.
What You Bring:- Industrial refrigeration experience is essential.
- 5+ years of experience in the service industry, ideally within industrial refrigeration.
- Engineering qualifications or technical certifications (advantageous).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.
- Confident, self-driven, and results-oriented leader.
- Strong customer focus and organizational skills.
- Solid technical and professional knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems.
