Architectural Technologist

Job Title: Architect
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Location: Manchester

We're looking for an Architect to join an innovative, design-led practice based in the heart of Manchester. With a growing portfolio of award-winning projects, the practice has established a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, sustainable architectural solutions across the North West and beyond. Their primary focus is within the residential sector, complemented by impressive work in hospitality/leisure, commercial and industrial sectors as well as some cladding remediation design proposals.

Role Requirements:

• RIBA Chartered Architect status and ARB Registered
• Ideally 2+ years post-qualification experience, although we will accept applications from newly qualified Architects who have strong post part 2 experience.
• Strong design skills and technical knowledge
• Experience in residential architecture
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team
