An opportunity has come available for a Geo-Environmental Engineer in the Wigan area to gain exposure in delivering ground engineering projects throughout its full cycle, within a multi-disciplinary environment.
This Geo-Environmental Engineer role will involve both site work and office deliverables which include all aspects of project management and technical reporting.
Geo-Environmental Engineer responsibilities include management of all site/ground investigation works (locally), helping draft phase 1 & 2 reports, remediation methods, risk assessments, foundation design/recommendations and validation works.
Geo-Environmental Engineer Experience Requires:
- Degree in a relevant geology/environmental science or engineering discipline
- At least 12 months Ground investigation experience in the UK.
- Ideally some reporting experience although this role provides training.
- Commutable distance from Wigan.
- Driving license
