They are currently seeking an Associate Director in Electrical Engineering to join their Manchester office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering transformational UK infrastructure programmes and globally iconic engineering projects across sectors such as Water, Aviation, Defence, Energy, and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage technical design teams, ensuring all work meets relevant design standards and codes.
- Define project briefs, manage scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
- Successfully oversee project timelines and budgets, meeting key milestones.
- Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver fully integrated design solutions.
- Maintain and set high standards for quality assurance in design.
- Develop and expand the electrical engineering practice within the company.
Requirements:- Chartered Electrical Engineer with strong experience in multidisciplinary design delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including LV/HV systems, motor control centres, electrical installations, HAZOP, DSEAR/ATEX, and relevant UK standards.
