Maintenance Electrician - Static Site (Deeside)

An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a leading Facilities Management company, working on a static site in Deeside. This role offers the chance to be part of a dedicated team while maintaining a large head office building, handling both electrical and mechanical plant maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform both planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Support fellow technicians with routine and complex maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timeframes.
• Prioritize and execute minor repairs and maintenance work efficiently.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring readiness for use at all times.
• Occasionally assist at other sites within the cluster, as required.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to uphold the highest standards of work quality.
• Represent the company professionally, building positive relationships with clients and coworkers.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• City & Guilds Part 1&2 in Electrical Installation or NVQ Level 2/3.
• 17th or 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations.
• Strong electrical background with a proactive and solution-driven approach.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday (08:00 - 16:00)

• Up to £45,000 basic salary
