Director - Project Management

Calibre Search is excited to partner with one of the UK's fastest-growing and most reputable SME construction consultancies in their search for a Director of Project Management to lead their Leeds office.

With over a decade of success and a team of 100+ professionals across the UK, this consultancy has established itself as a market leader, known for delivering high-spec, complex projects across a diverse range of property sectors. Their reputation speaks volumes, and they are now seeking an experienced leader to build on that success and guide the team through its next phase of growth.

The current Director, looking to focus more regionally, is passing the baton to a new leader who will take charge of all operational, financial, team structure, and business development aspects of the business. You will receive strong guidance and support from the company founders, allowing you to make an immediate impact and further elevate the business's standing in the industry which you will certainly be rewarded for.

This is an excellent opportunity for Associate Directors ready to step into a more leadership role, or seasoned Directors seeking a fresh challenge and the benefits of working within a dynamic and close-knit SME. The company offers a fantastic culture, an open-plan office, and an accomplished team of construction professionals, including QSs and PMs, who will support you in your journey with them.

To be successful in this role, you must hold an MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB qualification, with a proven track record at a similar level within the construction consultancy industry.
