Overview
This consultancy is an established, mid-size Building Services Consultancy based in the East Midlands, allowing them to work across the UK from a central position. They operate across all sectors including Educational, Healthcare, residential schemes, multi-million-pound private dwellings and several commercial projects.
Unlike much larger firms, they focus on a fair and reasonable approach in regard to career progression. This means no more waiting for senior people to retire in order to make the step up. They pride themselves in their flexible approach towards level of seniority and rates of pay. Following a consistent demand for their services, they are now looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their office in Nottingham.
You'll be working directly underneath an experienced Director allowing you to gain invaluable project exposure and opportunity to progress.
A successful candidate will ideally have:
- Completed a minimum of an HND qualification in relevant subject (Electrical Engineering/Building services)
- Around 3+ years' experience in Building Services Consultancy.
- Experience with detailed design (RIBA stages 3-4)
- Experience using Amtech, Dialux, Relux
- Competent user of AutoCAD/Revit
- Experience generating reports, design schematics and attending clients/contractor meetings.
- Ability to commute to Nottingham City Centre
