£55k - £65k + profit-share bonus + benefits

An international Temporary Works services provider based in Brentwood, Essex, are looking for a Technical Team Leader (Temporary Works) to join their business and help to provide a comprehensive first class technical service to their clients.

The right Technical Team Leader (Temporary Works) will have career experience as a Design Engineer working largely within Formwork and Falsework and have a strong understanding of technical design strategy, as well as provide technical advice on all company products to customers and internal sales engineers.

You will be responsible for the production of accurate and economical drawings, schedules and quotations, as well as the recruitment of suitable staff, safeguarding the induction / further development of Technical staff and the communication of all key information to your Technical teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in managing a team of comparable size
• Experience in management and staff development
• Good experience in all aspects of Formwork and Falsework designs
• Scaffolding experience
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD
• Good knowledge of Design Analysis Programmes
• Ability to learn and adapt to the company and its products quickly

Professional Requirements:

• HNC Minimum in a Construction related subject i.e. Civil Engineering
• anagement Skills
• Health and Safety
• Internal PERI courses
