Description

Are you an Associate or Director-level Building Surveyor feeling frustrated with the lack of reward for the business and clients you bring to your current employer? If so, this position could very much be worth your attention.

Calibre Search is excited to present a fantastic role with a rapidly growing and innovative Building Consultancy based in Bristol. Having made a significant impact in the market in just four years, this consultancy is looking for a driven and experienced Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

Working alongside the Managing Director and the other Directors who are specialists in insurance claims, project management (including office Cat A & B fit-outs), and traditional building surveying. You'll have the chance to advise high-profile clients in sectors such as investment, insurance, and property development.

With plans to expand further, this is an excellent time to join a business on an upward trajectory. The company has already grown to a team of over 22 professionals across three offices (soon to be four) and is focused on hiring the best talent. They offer a highly competitive bonus structure-up to 50% of your salary-along with additional benefits that set them apart from other firms.

If you're confident in business development and passionate about Building Surveying, this is a unique opportunity to become part of a thriving practice, where you'll be fully supported by an experienced, commercially driven team.
