Leeds / Bradford Area
£49000 - £60000 per year
We are working with a West Yorkshire based Main Contractor who deliver projects up to £5 million across the UK in the Retail, Industrial and Commercial Space to recruit an experienced Construction Estimator to join the Team
The Role
* Produce detailed quotations, raise purchase orders, manage project budgets and approve supplier invoices.
* Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for refurbishment projects.
* Develop comprehensive and accurate estimations & presentations.
* Source new products and suppliers as needed.
* Contribute to building systems that streamline processes
About You
* Experience working in a Main Contractor Environment
* Experience working on new build and refurbishment/fit out schemes up to £4 million
* Valid UK driving license.
* Relevant construction related degree or qualification.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
