Electrical Design Engineer

Based to the north of Leeds, this independent design consultancy has grown over the last 10 years to become a thriving centre of building services design for engineers who want to work differently.

In this Electrical Design Engineer post you'll be joining a well formed team that carries out full services design, energy modelling and sustainability consultancy on enviable schemes.

Their order book includes:

• £150m commercial building from retail development in Manchester
• Two "tall buildings" that will become apartment blocks in Leeds
• Several new build, student residential schemes in the north.

Your role will be to support existing Principal Engineers with the delivery of schemes while gaining the expertise that will ensure your own career progression. Similarly, you'll be helping to look after and train less experienced engineers to help them build deep foundations for their future.

You needn't be degree qualified but it is crucial that you have worked as an Electrical Design Engineer within building services previously and be comfortable with UK design standards and codes.
