Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

Salary: £37,500 - £45,000 (Dependent on experience)

Calibre Search are working in partnership with a well renowned practice based in Central Newcastle. Due to continuing success, they are looking to bolster the award-winning team by bringing on an experienced Architectural Technologist with a proven track record.
Our client are a long established name in the industry and have a well-established presence both domestically and abroad. Naturally with the size of the organisation, they are known for taking on a wide range of projects, from several government led initiatives, to working with private developers on a range of large and small commercial and residential developments.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Architectural Technologist with experience working in a job running capacity. You will be tasked with leading small teams and assisting in the delivery of a range of schemes, helping to ensure they remain on time and budget, whilst also maintaining the quality of output synonymous with the practice.
