Assistant Project Manager

Calibre Search are now recruiting for an assistant to intermediate level Construction Project Manager to be based in Sheffield.

This Consultancy are a leading firm in all matters involving project management and full surveying services delivering on some of the UK's most impressive new build & refurbishment projects within a multitude of various private and public sectors.

You will be part of a highly skilled Projects team where you will assist and have the chance to lead on several multi-million pound construction developments exposing you to gain more responsibility to deliver a high level amount of projects.

Great position for any Assistant/Intermediate Project Manager looking for APC support, clear career structure and bonus incentives to give you a fulfilling Project Management career.

Ideally you will have a RICS accredited degree with a few years under your belt operating as a Graduate Project Manager already or a Surveyor (wanting to work more PM side) within the construction industry.

Duties:

• Assisting with the day to day delivery of projects and in time, become confident in leading projects
• Undertake contact administration and dealing with Tenders.
• Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects
• Assist in the management of consultant teams
• Assist in the management of consultant teams to ensure that the built product is compliant with the contract
• Liaise with the client on deviations from specification, budget etc.
• Conduct meetings and show strong communication and client facing skills.
• Ensure that all CDM regulations have been followed throughout the delivery of project
• Manage logistics and resource allocation to ensure delivery of project
