Associate Quantity Surveyor - Consultancy

Calibre Search are delighted to working in partnership with one the UK's leading Consultancies now looking to bring in a Senior level Quantity Surveyor to join them in London City Centre.

Part of their strategy is to be the UK's leading Practice by offering a world class service within the project and cost consultancy division rather than becoming a multi-discipline which has served them extremely well over the years.

ou will be part of highly skilled and experienced QS team who all support each other to deliver the best service throughout the project life cycle offering a range of pre and post contract services. Such projects will mostly include numerous high profile mixed residential/commercial projects happening all across the Capital not many other consultants match in terms of value or statue.

Very much a role you can make your own, they have a brilliant track record with in-house promoting their staff and encouraging those to aim to become Partner level or are even happy to consider QS's wanting to simply deliver projects with a high reward/bonus scheme in place making the job fulfilling to what suits you best.

Duties/Requirements

• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and cohesively as part of a team
• The ability to deal/face Clients of all levels
• Professional presentation, attention to detail and flexibility within all work matters.
• Offering Pre & Post Contract services - Final Accounts/BOQ's/measurements etc
• Project Management/Employer Agent Services/ on-site travel & inspections.
• Already qualified or working towards your MRICS Qualification
• Commercially minded and willing to develop client relationships/future business where possible
